Bizzabo is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable, data-driven growth through experimentation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing. This role sits at the intersection of digital strategy, analytics, and creativity — ideal for a marketer who loves testing ideas, analyzing results, and turning insights into measurable revenue impact. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll own the strategy and execution of growth experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and paid acquisition. You’ll also bring an AI-forward systems-thinking approach — building testing frameworks and automation that accelerate speed to market and drive continuous improvement. Requirements What You’ll Do: Growth Strategy & Experimentation Develop and own a growth experimentation roadmap focused on improving lead flow, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates across the funnel. Lead CRO initiatives to optimize digital touchpoints (website, landing pages, and gated assets). Identify and test new growth channels across paid and organic in collaboration with Marketing cross‑functional partners. Define clear success metrics for each experiment and report on impact across conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and CAC efficiency. Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that inform broader marketing strategy for continuous improvement. Balance velocity and focus — prioritizing experiments with the greatest potential business impact. Performance Marketing Optimization Manage and partner with our paid media agency to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Microsoft, YouTube and emerging platforms. Own campaign ideation & execution, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and creative testing — ensuring alignment with ICP segments, buyer stages, and pipeline goals. Collaborate with Content, Web, and Brand teams to create high‑performing ad creative and conversion‑optimized landing pages. Track and report on paid channel performance and attribution, identifying opportunities to reduce CAC and improve lead and MQL quality. Systems, Automation & Collaboration Leverage AI‑driven and automation tools (e.g., Copy.ai, Zapier/n8n, HubSpot, custom GPTs) to accelerate campaign execution, improve personalization, and reduce manual effort. Partner with Web, Ops, and Data teams to ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting systems are accurate, connected, and actionable. Champion new growth technologies — exploring innovative tools and tactics such as website personalization, chatbots, and interactive content to unlock new acquisition opportunities. Lead through collaboration: developing Bizzabo’s cross‑functional Growth Council, align resources and insights across Web, Design, Ops, and Content to drive compounding growth impact. Who You Are: 4–6 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS or tech environment. Success leading CRO and growth experimentation programs that drive measurable impact. Understanding of funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and how paid, organic, and web channels interact to drive revenue. Creative, resourceful, and focused on scalable results — you think in systems, not silos. Collaborative and proactive — you thrive in cross‑functional environments, partnering with Web, Ops, Design, and Content teams to bring growth initiatives to life. Strong analytical mindset with fluency in website analytics, A/B testing, and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, WordPress, Looker, Hotjar).
