This role directly supports the plant manager through processing financial information and providing administrative support to other departments. Financial Duties Processing full-cycle Accounts Payable: entering supplier invoices and compiling all relevant supporting documents. Initiating payment runs with proper approvals for the release of funds. Maintaining access to supplier portals and retrieving regular recurring bills. Investigating PO discrepancies with appropriate parties. Attending to supplier inquiries as necessary. Processing full-cycle Accounts Receivable: invoicing customers and following up for payment. Applying received payments to ensure customer accounts are current and up to date. Managing progressive invoicing for large projects. Organizing support and initiating billing for service jobs. Attending to customer inquiries as necessary. Processing bi-weekly payroll and collecting time‑off requests from employees. Managing government remittances and ensuring timely payment submission. Administering documents related to benefit claims for the internally supported flex‑spending plan. Completing monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and others as necessary. Supporting Plant Controller in irregular events as necessary. Administrative Duties Providing administrative support across departments.
