You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities.Day to DayOur Commercial Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and C-suite decision makers within their patch, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accountsDevelop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectivesCoordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needsPerform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignmentShare Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customersDrive growth within an existing assigned accountPreferred QualificationsAverage of 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the fieldProven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, as well as acquiring new logo accounts OR focusing exclusively on new logos (Hunter role)Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customersAbility to strategize with a large extended teamExperience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the roleWorking at SalesforceWorking at Salesforce isn’t all about selling.
