About the Role The Solution Enablement & Activation Specialist (SEAS) is responsible for delivering on Zaddons’ activation engine: the discoveries, demos, configuration workshops, and certifications that make clients and partners operationally ready. This is a hands‑on role at the center of the client and partner lifecycle. SEAS act as Zaddons ambassadors across the entire journey — from the first discovery and demo through enablement, certification, and go‑live. They serve as trainers, facilitators, and presales operators, ensuring that standards set by leadership are delivered with consistency, quality, and measurable impact. SEAS collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Success, and Product. Be part of our team where each resource is recognized as a key player in our success Key Responsibilities Perform discoveries, demos, configuration workshops, and certifications following defined playbooks. Track and report enablement activities to support capacity dashboards. Provide structured feedback to the Director on recurring client or partner gaps. Run discovery workshops and capture requirements in alignment with configuration logic. Deliver tailored demos, ROI stories, and enablement model presentations. Support Sales with documentation tied to win‑rate metrics. Lead discovery sessions, validate prerequisites, and capture requirements. Deliver persona‑based configuration and activation workshops (Admin, Manager, Employee). Support the client certification process and report certification completion rates. Track readiness timelines and elevate risks impacting certification delivery. Deliver partner training and certification sessions, including recertification. Support train‑the‑trainer sessions and partner onboarding activities. Assist with quoting for assigned partner accounts. Qualifications Solid background in HR tech, with specific experience in UKG WFM and scheduling platforms (a must). Strong technical aptitude; able to quickly learn new systems, validate configurations, and troubleshoot issues at a functional level. Experience delivering structured training or certification programs to clients or partners. Ability to manage multiple enablement projects in parallel. Proven ability to coordinate enablement activities across multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Outstanding oral and written communication skills; perfectly bilingual (English and French) (mostly English‑speaking customer base). A dynamic personality with a results‑driven approach. Desired Skills Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence high‑level stakeholders in both client and partner organizations. Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing client demands and sales environments. Active listening skills and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs and solutions effectively. Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and respond swiftly to client and partner needs. Calm and poised demeanor, especially in high‑stakes or high‑pressure situations. Consultative approach with excellent questioning and problem‑solving ability. Awareness of change management principles when training clients and partners.
