We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join the Montreal team. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and providing clear, concise reports for leadership. Responsibilities Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits. Track and report on budgets, cash flow, and expense trends. Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests. Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors as needed. Monitor and record investment activity across multiple accounts. Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and business information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field 3+ years of experience in related field Experience supporting UHNW/HNW individuals or families, including personal financial reporting and cash flow management Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks Strong organizational and analytical skills Company Overview Dalfen Industrial is one of the largest private equity owner, operator, and developer of industrial real estate.
