OverviewINDOCHINO is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end customer growth and retention efforts. This role owns the full marketing funnel—from first click to lifelong loyalty—and is responsible for driving scalable performance across all paid acquisition channels and CRM-powered retention programs.You’ll lead the strategy and oversee execution across paid digital media (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate, Programmatic), lifecycle marketing (Email, SMS, CRM, Loyalty, Referral), and emerging platforms. This highly cross-functional role will collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Analytics, Tech, and Retail to deliver integrated campaigns that grow customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and maximize LTV.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone excited to own performance marketing across both acquisition and retention, with a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on channel expertise.Paid AcquisitionOwn end-to-end strategy, performance, and optimization across all paid media channels: Google (Search, PLA, YouTube, Display), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliate, Programmatic, and new platformsBuild and manage full-funnel, cross-channel media plans aligned to brand, product, and revenue goalsLead a high-performance team including an Acquisition Specialist and agency partners to hit targets (ROAS, CPA, CPO, new customer growth)Define and drive the testing roadmap across creative, targeting, bidding, placements, and landing experiencesManage budgets, monitor pacing, and surface daily/weekly performance insights and strategic recommendationsRetention, CRM, & LoyaltyLead strategy and performance of all retention initiatives: Email, SMS, CRM, Referral, and LoyaltyOversee Retention Specialist and own execution, testing, and channel health across lifecycle touchpointsDevelop and scale a CRM framework to support personalized customer journeys and trigger-based automations (e.g., welcome, post-purchase, win-back)Own and optimize loyalty and referral programs to drive repeat engagement, advocacy, and long-term valueChampion segmentation and data-driven personalization strategies across all retention channelsMonitor deliverability, churn, and engagement metrics with a continuous improvement mindsetCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Brand and Creative to ensure performance assets align with campaign narratives and brand guidelinesPartner with Ecommerce and Tech to integrate personalized experiences across site, flows, and messagingWork closely with Analytics to align on reporting, attribution, and insights that drive actionShare regular performance updates and strategic takeaways with leadership and stakeholdersWhat You Bring7–10+ years of performance and lifecycle marketing experience in DTC or omnichannel environmentsDemonstrated success owning acquisition and retention across paid digital and CRM/lifecycle channelsProven track record of driving growth, efficiency, and LTV through integrated performance programsDeep expertise in:Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTubeEmail & SMS platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Attentive)CRM & loyalty strategies (segmentation, personalization, triggered journeys)Referral program development and managementAnalytical rigor with strong command of attribution models, A/B testing, and budget optimizationExperience managing direct reports and agencies with a leadership mindsetEffective cross-functional communicator and strategic partnerPassion for performance marketing that blends data, creative, and customer insightWhy We Think You’ll Like Working HereSalary range: $110,000 - $120,0003 weeks' vacation and excellent benefits packageFlexible and Hybrid Working Environment, open to remote within CanadaPaid Birthday Time OffDiscounted Employee pricingFree Suit Every YearWorking closely with cross-channel teams to give a full business viewDetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
