OverviewJoin to apply for the Performance and Enablement Manager role at Lightspeed Commerce. This high-impact role helps elevate sales effectiveness across our North American Retail GTM organization and sits at the intersection of sales strategy, coaching, and data-driven decision-making. As a key member of the Enablement team, you will improve rep productivity, support sales manager development, and drive the adoption of scalable sales practices. You’ll partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and People & Culture to diagnose performance gaps, deliver targeted enablement solutions, and manage the performance improvement framework end-to-end.This role suits someone with a background in sales enablement, sales operations, or direct sales who enjoys turning insight into action and making a tangible impact on revenue outcomes.What You’ll Be Responsible ForSales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute enablement programs that support quota-carrying sales reps and their managers, focusing on sustained performance improvement and behavior change.Manager Coaching & Support: Provide tools, frameworks, and hands-on support to help sales managers coach effectively, manage performance proactively, and scale high-impact habits across their teams.Performance Insight & Analysis: Visualize data insights and present them to Sales Leadership to inform sales performance decisions; act as a bridge between raw data and coaching action.Salesforce & Spreadsheet Acumen: Build, maintain, and leverage Salesforce dashboards and spreadsheets to track rep performance, adoption metrics, and enablement effectiveness.Performance Improvement Framework: Own and evolve the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, ensuring it is fair, actionable, and aligned to Lightspeed’s values and business goals.Training & Behavior Adoption: Support the rollout and reinforcement of sales training and best practices, driving adoption with reps and managers.Content & Resource Development: Maintain and evolve sales enablement materials such as coaching guides, playbooks, talk tracks, one-pagers, and internal communications.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales Leadership, Sales Reps, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and People & Culture to align initiatives and support sellers’ success.Feedback Culture: Champion a culture of feedback and continuous improvement by gathering input from reps and managers and turning it into actionable insights.What You Need To Bring3–5 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales operations, and/or quota-carrying sales rolesStrong understanding of the GTM environment, particularly in high-growth tech or SaaSHands-on experience with Salesforce and performance dashboarding toolsAbility to interpret data, tell a story, and translate insights into actionProven success supporting front-line managers and influencing performance improvementBias for action, strong organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionallyPassion for helping others grow and a belief in enabling people to do their best workEnglish as a working language is required for this position (global company with teams outside Quebec).BenefitsFlexible paid time off and remote work policiesEquity optionsContributions to your pension planTraining opportunities to grow skills and careerHealth and wellness creditTime off to volunteerEmployee networks and social committeesComputer purchase programEnhanced parental leaveAbout LightspeedLightspeed builds communities through commerce.
