Relevant du Directeur, Opérations des magasins de détail, le gestionnaire de territoire est chargé de diriger et de gérer un territoire de dépanneurs, de stations-service et de certains détaillants dans un marché défini. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein qui consiste à diriger une équipe de sites de vente au détail dans l'est de l'Ontario et à Gatineau, au Québec. Le candidat idéal pourrait être basé dans la région d'Ottawa/Gatineau et doit être bilingue (Anglais/Français).

Responsabilités

  • En collaboration avec les détaillants, préparer, négocier et communiquer les projections annuelles approuvées tout en établissant des objectifs financiers et en fournissant une orientation stratégique pour chacun des sites de vente au détail.
  • Effectuer des visites régulières dans les magasins afin de surveiller la mise en œuvre et l'exécution des plans stratégiques, y compris le marketing et le marchandisage, ainsi que le respect des normes opérationnelles afin d'améliorer le rendement.
  • Encadrer et motiver les détaillants afin d'accroître la rentabilité des ventes du site tout en adhérant aux principes d'exécution, de conduite éthique des affaires et de sécurité des opérations.
  • Communiquer la stratégie, les politiques et les objectifs de l'entreprise au niveau du site afin que chaque marché puisse capitaliser sur les programmes de l'entreprise et en tirer parti pour maximiser les performances.
  • Analyser les ventes et les données financières afin de contrôler le succès financier de chaque site de vente au détail, d'identifier les zones de croissance potentielle et les opportunités du marché local, et de s'assurer que les détaillants atteignent les objectifs fixés dans le plan annuel approuvé.
  • Coordonner tous les travaux de réparation et d'entretien nécessaires dans les différents points de vente afin de maintenir un niveau élevé de disponibilité pour les clients.
  • Fournir de la rétroaction qui contribuera à l'amélioration continue des politiques et processus de l'entreprise liés aux opérations des magasins dans l'ensemble des magasins.
  • Superviser les opérations d'un magasin d'essai/en formation désigné dans le territoire défini.

ÉDUCATION, CONNAISSANCES SPÉCIALISÉES ET COMPÉTENCES :
  • Formation post-secondaire en commerce ou expérience dans ce domaine.
  • Expérience préalable de la vente au détail et du marchandisage dans un rôle de gestion.
  • Une expérience avérée de la négociation de contrats serait un atout.
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à rester organisé et à mener à bien des projets dans des délais courts, dans un environnement très actif et en constante évolution.
