Our best selection of products can be found at our Holiday Gift Centers in shopping malls across the country during the holiday season. You and all the members of our retail operations are the forefront of a very important Hickory Farms team, TEAM PREMIUM. The foundation of our success is based on the quality of our associates. It is our desire that our Brand Champions lead the team in providing our guests with a gourmet gift buying experience to remember. We are looking for professional, brand conscious, guest-service and sales driven people to fill Store Manager Positions.

Store Manager / Brand Champions are responsible for managing one store/kiosk. Specific duties include: ensuring that their team is well trained, actively providing a gourmet shopping experience to all of our guests and prospective guests by offering samples and assisting in guest’s gift purchasing needs, stocking and overseeing the stocking of the kiosk, representing the high standard of Hickory Farms, and meeting the daily and yearly sales goals. Strong leadership and communication skills are required. Computer skills are a plus. Work hours will vary and the job requirement dates are mid-October through the holiday season.

  • Daily creating an exciting gourmet shopping experience for our guests and providing excellent guest service
  • Must be a highly motivated individual
  • Following all company policies and procedures
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced mall environment with sales associates and guests
  • Hiring high quality sales associates, staffing your kiosk in accordance with the preplanned schedules, providing ongoing training, and addressing associate issues as they arise.
  • Standing and walking with the exception of breaks/lunches
  • Kneeling, bending and lifting 20 – 35 pounds on a regular basis to stock product in the kiosk
  • Leading by example – guiding the sales associates in creating and maintaining a gourmet shopping experience by sampling and selling every day, all the time and requiring the same from your staff.
  • Plan to work all Saturdays before Christmas
  • Comply with all loss prevention procedures
  • Management/Sales experience is an asset
  • Must successfully complete background check
  • Sharing the Hickory Farms brand by wearing a Hickory Farms apron, dark pants or skirt and a long sleeved white collared shirt at all times
  • You have the responsibility for depositing all cash received at the kiosk, and verifying the accuracy of float counts and amounts deposited.
