As a Senior Consultant, Security Operations ServiceNow, you will lead technical development and project delivery of Cyber Security implementation engagements using ServiceNow’s cyber solutions, to create effective proactive and reactive response and protection strategies for each organization.

You will participate and support in:

  1. Playing the Subject matter expert for ServiceNow SecOps capabilities (e.g. li>
  2. Acting as a technical and/or functional consultant on project deliveries and working with client stakeholders to help translate business requirements to technical requirements.
  3. Leading the configuration and development of relevant ServiceNow modules and working with other developers in the team.
  4. Supporting proposals, market materials, business promotional events, and other market development activities to help grow the emerging demand for Security Operations.
  5. Being part of a team of ServiceNow practitioners focused on cyber solutions, mentoring, coaching, and growing the skills within the team.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:

  1. 8+ years of experience in business and/or technical management of requirements and delivery of projects as a Business Consultant / Business Development / Pre-sales, and/or Project/Program Manager with ServiceNow.
  2. Great understanding and deep knowledge of implementing ServiceNow security operations and IRM solutions, integrating other cyber solutions with ServiceNow (e.g. Qualys, Tenable, Kenna, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Splunk).
  3. Accountability for ServiceNow deliverables by leading client engagements and teams to successful outcomes with a focus on supporting your team, client needs, and generating value.
  4. Experience supporting client pursuits and business development efforts including preparing proposals and leading presentations to senior executives.
  5. Ability to build long-term business relationships with senior client personnel and executives through engagements and networking in professional organizations.
  6. Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering ServiceNow implementations.
  7. Experience working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
  8. Established background in carrying out the functional analysis of a project from beginning to completion.

You are someone with:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related technical field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience. Master’s in information systems, MBA, or other is an asset.
  2. Certified Implementation Specialist – SecOps, IRM, TPRM.
  3. Superior project management and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables is mandatory.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills).
  5. Goal-oriented, can demonstrate presentation and business solutions to clients with confidence, knowledge, and ease.
