Join our fantastic teamWe offer competitive salaries, flexible work options, a vibrant corporate culture, and comprehensive benefits including online health and wellness platforms, savings programs, and a clear vision for the future.Responsibilities include:Participating in electrical project development from preliminary studies to detailed engineering;Preparing cost estimation documents;Evaluating client requests and designing electrical installations for both single and multidisciplinary projects;Conducting site surveys;Drafting purchase and construction estimates for equipment installation;Preparing and analyzing bids and tender documents;Providing technical support on-site to contractors and monitoring project execution;Supporting and supervising junior engineers and technicians;Ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards;Representing the firm to clients.Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering;5+ years of relevant experience (aluminum, mining, metals, petrochemical);Professional Engineer license from the Quebec Order of Engineers;Construction ASP card (occasional travel required);Bilingualism (English and French) due to client and partner interactions;Excellent knowledge of 25kV/600V electrical distribution networks;Experience with electrical simulation software (ETAP, Easypower, or others);Strong knowledge of Quebec electrical code and Hydro-Québec standards;Ability to read electrical schematics;Knowledge of instrumentation (an asset).About UsWSP is a leading global professional services firm committed to the sustainability of cities and environments.
