We are currently looking for an eager Learning Designer to join our team with opportunities for career growth, focusing on web-based learning development.What You Will DoMap technical course material and apply instructional design principles to develop cohesive courses with measurable outcomes on audit and accounting topics, using rapid development tools.Manage course development, ensuring timelines and resources are appropriately allocated.Create and maintain training materials, forms, and job aids.Collaborate with clients and Subject Matter Experts to align content with business goals and learner needs.Test course effectiveness on the LMS and document findings.Maintain project documentation and course folders.Serve as a technical resource for internally developed programs.Business needs may require working beyond normal hours; our flexible approach supports work-life balance.What You Bring To The RolePost-secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Instructional Design and Adult Learning.5+ years experience as an instructional designer for web-based and instructor-led training.3+ years project management experience.Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.Experience with LMS platforms.2+ years experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline).Excellent instructional writing skills.Self-motivated, flexible, and independent worker.Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Relationship-building skills and openness to feedback.Programming knowledge and familiarity with other eLearning tools like Captivate or Camtasia are assets.Audio/video editing skills are assets.This role requires fluency in English for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.KPMG BC Region Pay RangeThe salary range is $73,000 to $109,500, with potential bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications.
