This role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, vendor management, and leading strategic financial initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).Key ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets and optimize operational efficiency.Lead the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax preparations.Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness, timely payments, and alignment with company financial goals.Implement cost control measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency, including regular expense analysis and contract reviews.Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and accurate filings.Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to executive leadership highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial management with overall business strategy and growth objectives.Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within finance operations, reporting, and vendor management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA) strongly preferred.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, including leadership experience.Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, cost management, vendor oversight, and regulatory compliance.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial technology platforms is an asset.Strategic mindset with a collaborative approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive efficiency across finance and procurement operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
