Reporting to the Technical Director, this role ensures all production elements—people, systems, and content—are aligned for a seamless, engaging, and spiritually impactful worship experience.OverviewThe Service Producer is responsible for coordinating and executing the technical and creative elements of worship services and special events. This part-time role ensures that all technical and creative elements are organized and executed with excellence. This role ensures that all aspects of production—people, systems, and content—are aligned and prepared to deliver seamless, engaging, and spiritually impactful experiences. Pastors and ministry leaders communicate directly with the Service Producer to request short-notice service changes as appropriate, which the Producer then implements and communicates to the production team.
