Title: Hospitality Excellence Manager, FacilitiesRequisition #: 615763Location: Mississauga, ON, CA, L4W 5G2Career Area: Professional & ManagementDescription:Job DescriptionThe Facilities Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing a sustainable outstanding business model and culture across Aramark Canada for Hospitality Excellence. Responsible for teaching and coaching Aramark policy and process standardization, as well as implementing strategic innovation surrounding automation and improvements for cost effectiveness and increased efficiencies. The goal of this position is to improve productivity, cost control, risk mitigation, and the overall customer experience through standard repeatable processes and automation. This individual will support the execution of each improvement process and, in conjunction with Hospitality Excellence team, support transforming change within the operations that integrates strategy, technology and people to drive value for customers and overall Aramark. In addition, the successful candidate will partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs) across all functions of Financial Shared Services to develop, implement and standardize policies, SOX compliance and metrics for the operations.This position is regional, mobile or home office based, but frequent travel is required weekly. Frequent travel (60%) will occur within the region, however travel within Canada and the US could be required quarterly. Requires physical coordination to use a keyboard or keypad on an occasional basis. This position requires aptitude to use tools and mechanical equipment and to train others to so. This position may be exposed to construction site workplace or healthcare workplace and will require ability to wear PPE and follow precautions.A valid driver’s license is required for this role.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the accounts and teams within Canada to understand the brand standards within facility management and assist the field to achieve their financial targetsCollaborate and drive standardized processes across functions and teams to implement consistency in the customer experience and achieve operational excellence across our facility business with productivity, KPIs, SLAs and delivering on overall objectivesConducts process improvement designs, documents relevant data and partners with trainers, auditors and BPOs to incorporate into the educational curriculumBuilds repeatable, scalable processes that can be applied consistently across all operationsLeverage cross-functional commonalities to achieve consistency and alignment across the organizationReviews team metrics to analyze trends and drive discovery projects to ensure established methods and practices are followed; implements remediation plans as neededTrain and develop teams on the ground on Standard Operating Procedures and standard, effective use of systems, tools & dashboards that drives improvement and accountabilityQualificationsStrong analytical skill, root cause problem solving and general curiosityProficient with Microsoft tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and WordKnowledge and experience with enterprise productivity and facility systems and dashboardsResults oriented, pursues impact with an ability to coach, train, and influence without authorityStrong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team environmentPositive attitude and models culture of engagement, respect, and integrityStrong oral and written communication skills including presentation abilitiesComfortable in fast paced, dynamic and decentralized environmentsEncourages and demonstrates collaboration by developing relationships throughout the organization.Ability to establish trust and credibility in the fieldWillingness to travel 60% of the time.Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role or a management operations roleRelated experience in working independently and meeting project deliverables on time and budget. Related experience is preferred.EducationCollege/University degree or technical college diploma.
