Position Overview The Centre for Health and Wellness invites applications for sessional instructors in the Primary Care Paramedic program commencing January 2, 2026. Job Title: Sessional Instructors, Primary Care ParamedicAppointment Type: Casual PositionPosition Dates: January 2 – June 30 , 2026Hours per week/FTE: Hours vary weekly Responsibilities Teaching Primary Care Paramedic students in a theory and/or lab setting. Seeks excellence in teaching by applying and evaluating various teaching strategies. Fosters an environment of inquiry, valuing evidence-informed practice. Participates as a member of a larger faculty team in developing and implementing effective teaching strategies and program initiatives. Sessional instructor duties as per the instructor roles and responsibilities. Required Qualifications Current Advance Care Paramedic qualification. Current experience in an emergency services setting. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience teaching in a Primary Care Paramedic program or other education program. Salary Commensurate with education in accordance with the current Lethbridge College Faculty Association Collective Agreement Sessional Faculty grid.
