The leadership team is scaling rapidly and looking to strengthen its corporate development function to support a series of strategic acquisitions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to take ownership of the acquisition strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is key to driving the company’s aggressive growth plan, building acquisition pipelines, leading deal processes, and preparing the group for a successful future exit.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company’s growth targetsBuild and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition targetsLead due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams and external advisorsStructure and finalize acquisition transactionsManage integration planning post-acquisition in collaboration with operationsDevelop financial models and ROI analyses for acquisition opportunitiesPresent strategic recommendations and updates to leadership on pipeline and progressMonitor market trends, valuation benchmarks, and competitor activityQualificationsRequired :Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or consulting with a focus on M&AProven track record executing multiple acquisitionsAdvanced financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel)Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilitiesPreferred :MBA or equivalent advanced degreeExperience leading cross-functional integration initiativesWhat the Client OffersBase salary: $90,000 – $120,000 USDPerformance bonus up to 30% of baseAdditional acquisition success bonuses tied to deal size and complexityFlexible remote workUnlimited PTOProfessional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
