ResponsibilitiesProactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services.Establish genuine relationships with customers; offer expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit personalized needs.Understand our carrier mix, promotional offerings, and pricing.Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience.Collaborate with peers to increase store traffic and drive sales.Stay up to date on the latest trends and mobile devices to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.Perform follow-up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post-sale.Ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
