With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless - from a rewarding career in Analytics to continued growth and development with Aritzia.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to enable data-driven decisions that will enable efficiencies, enhance customer experience and grow the businessConsider where we can adopt advanced analytical approaches and influence deployed models through feature engineering and modelingWork independently to deliver on requirements with the highest quality, as well as collaboratively to raise the acumen across data & analyticsClearly visualize and communicate data through reports, dashboards, and presentationsIdentify and refine data modeling requirements to enable insight creation that clearly communicate outcomes and value to stakeholdersUnderstand and transform complex business problems into data & analytics requirementsLeverage advanced analytics to derive data driven insights, predict outcomes and recommend actionsQualificationsSQLVisualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)Python, R or other related analysis toolsRetail industry is an added benefitTop notch communication skills, but written and verbalCompensationThe typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 CAD per year.
