Job Summary The HR Analyst (Workday) supports Human Capital Management (HCM) system administration, data quality, and reporting. This highly technical role focuses on building reports in Workday, ensuring data integrity, and delivering insights to HR leadership. Role And Responsibilities Act as technical subject‑matter expert for HCM data and systems. Develop, collect, analyze, and transform workforce data through databases, spreadsheets, and queries. Translate findings into visualizations and presentations for business and HR leadership. Support technical requirement development and implementation of HR reporting, dashboards, and visualisation in Workday. Perform data entry, extraction, cleaning, validation, and analysis. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting, analysis and integrations; recommend enrichment practices and perform regular cleansing of the Workday system. Act as point of contact for complex issues across Workday modules such as HCM, absence, time tracking, payroll, benefits, recruiting. Act as point of escalation for system errors or failures while partnering with Payroll, Finance, IT or third‑party vendors to resolve issues. Lead Workday updates, including review of system release notes, testing, and rollout. Support technical requirement development for HR processes and Workday full‑cycle implementations, including new modules, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, reorganisations or restructurings. Support change management, communication, training development and execution. Assist in HR process harmonisation and improvement initiatives. Document system Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Support SOX/Audit compliance deliverables in conjunction with internal and external auditors. Manage day‑to‑day execution of work, including HRIS ticket inbox management. Qualifications And Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Four (4) years of current experience in HCM systems, workforce reporting and HR operations. Two (2) years of Workday full‑cycle system implementation. Technical knowledge and configuration experience on Workday Recruitment, Absence and Time Tracking modules. Workday Payroll and Integration experience is an asset. Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Worksheets and Discovery Board. Advanced proficiency in Excel (IF statements, nested formulas, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, pivot tables, macros). Experience with workforce reporting and strong analytical skills. Basic understanding of local and global employment standards and requirements. Technical mindset linking business needs and HR technology solutions. Demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong prioritisation, multi‑tasking and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to work independently in global, cross‑regional, cross‑functional settings. Attention to detail and project management under minimal supervision. Proactive problem‑solving with consistent follow‑through in a busy environment.
