Delivery Module Lead - FullStack Developer .Net Position Title: FullStack Developer - .Net Job Summary: Full stack developer with strong hands‑on experience in developing Rich Web Applications using C#, .Net, WebAPI tool stack in Agile development environment. Must have good working experience in an offshore development team based out of India and prior experience in a customer facing role. Years of Experience Needed: 6 to 10 years Technical Skills Minimum 6‑10 years of hands‑on experience in .Net & C# and developing rich UI web applications. Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Angular), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap. Proficiency in C#, .Net, WebAPI, WebServices, WCF. Angular 8+. Unit testing with Jasmine and Karma, TDD understanding. Experience with JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket. Advantage: Micro UI, Micro Services, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Pivotal). Good knowledge of Agile Development. Design thinking and technical problem‑solving skills. Ability to guide and mentor the project team technically. Certifications and Education 5‑9 years of hands‑on experience in web application development. B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputable college. Behavioral Skills At least 6 years of team‑leading experience and ability to lead a team of 6‑10 resources offshore. Direct collaboration with customer stakeholders. Clear oral and written communication. Risk identification and mitigation planning. Timely escalation to customers and leaders. Prioritization and time management. Delegation and quality delivery.
