The Opportunity:Reporting to the Reliability Leader, this role will oversee the implementation of all maintenance/automation and engineering long-term strategies/programs aligned with corporate asset reliability & site objectives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operational equipment maintenance budget, management of continuous improvement initiatives, implementation of modern manufacturing principles, and oversight of staffing, training, work practices, and processes.Any MLF team member interested in being considered for this role is encouraged to apply online by October 20.
