Job Summary Clintar is hiring a Fleet and Landscape Operations Manager to ensure timely maintenance of the fleet, supporting consistent work schedules. Manage the crews. Responsibilities Provide routine and 24/7 emergency service to Clintar’s fleet Advise on safe equipment use Maintain organized repair facilities Manage all crews Daily and weekly scheduling Manage maintenance costs within budget Contribute to fleet realignment Complete routine reports and correspondence Qualifications Certified mechanic (heavy equipment or automotive) Clean and valid driver’s license Previously managed staff Ability to deal with customer issues Attention to detail Expertise in engine, transmission, brake, and suspension systems Expertise in truck and heavy equipment operation, diesel and gas engines, and hydraulic systems Proficient in multitasking, communication, and basic computer applications Proficient in diagnosing and repairing company vehicles and equipment Skilled in calculating percentages, area, volume, and metric grams Clintar is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and we are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.
