They are a global leader in Managed Print Solutions Technology. Our client has engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to find them a Software Quality Assurance Analyst. ROSS is an innovative leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment and HR Professional Services. We’re a company of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their Business Growth. Job Duties & Responsibilities: QA testing on software products, including, but not limited to: regression, localization, functionality, performance testing Configure and maintain test environments on Windows platform Test Case creation and evaluation Troubleshoot and investigation of defects Defect tracking Participation in requirements and design reviews Verification of product documentation Qualifications: Post-secondary education in a computer or engineering related discipline 5+ years of proven experience in the software industry as a tester in various Windows environments Solid understanding and experience of RDBMS (SQL) and SDLC Solid bug tracking skills Experience with manual and automated testing Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent analytical, trouble shooting and technical problem solving skills Interest in working in a team is essential Self‑motivated, good initiative and able to work independently as well as within a team to deliver a quality product on time #J-18808-Ljbffr
