Company eventsDental careExtended health careOn‑site parkingPaid time off Your Role in a Nutshell Our Digital Marketing Managers play a key role in driving client success through data‑driven campaigns, creative strategy, and performance optimization. They oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution across paid search, social, and digital platforms, ensuring strong ROI and measurable growth. Acting as both strategist and account lead, they collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions that build brand visibility and generate high‑quality leads. Your Responsibilities Manage up to 30 active client accounts across medspa, cosmetic, and private‑pay health sectors. Develop and execute multi‑channel digital marketing strategies (PPC, paid social, email). Collaborate with paid ads specialists and graphic designers to ensure campaigns are aligned for ROI and creative performance, driving strong lead generation and conversion for clients. Lead weekly client meetings, provide strategic insights, and ensure campaign KPIs are met. Review and monitor paid media campaign performance and create biweekly reports to share with clients. Align closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to drive client retention and upsells. Implement marketing best practices and workflow improvements across the team. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience; experience with SMB clients is a must. Proven track record managing high‑volume client accounts and campaigns with measurable ROI. Proficiency in paid ads/PPC platforms (Google, Meta) with strong analytical skills. Experience working in a fast‑paced agency environment. Strong client management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to train, coach, and grow junior team members. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented culture. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications a plus.
