Exceptional Opportunity as Associate Dentist Location: Relocate to Fredericton, NB Number of Openings: 1 Salary Type: Annual Currency: 450-550000 Dollars (CAD) Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our practice in Fredericton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate dental professional looking to make a significant impact in the lives of patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Examine, diagnose and treat dental conditions and diseases with the highest of care. Provide comprehensive dental services including restorative, preventive and cosmetic dentistry. Establish treatment plans based on patient needs and discuss available treatment options. Perform dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals and crowns. Educate patients on dental hygiene, preventive care and the importance of regular dental visits. Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate with dental assistants and office staff to ensure a smooth flow of procedures and a welcoming environment for patients. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry techniques and best practices. Essential Qualifications Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid dental license to practice in the province of New Brunswick, Canada. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients. Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and precision in performing dental procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset. Desired Experience Previous experience as a dentist is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience with digital dentistry and dental software will be an advantage. Familiarity with orthodontic procedures and cosmetic dentistry is a plus.
