To learn more about CAMH, visit their website at: www.camh.ca. Responsibilities Reception and administrative/clerical support for the Emergency Department. Updating client databases, tracking and census systems. Liaising with health records and inputting ADT information. Supporting triage and assessment processes. Faxing, photocopying, ordering supplies and preparing documents. Assisting other staff within the program and performing other activities as required. Providing direct client contact in person and over the telephone. Job Requirements Secondary School diploma and/or special courses combined with six months of admitting and/or ward clerk experience. Excellent computer skills: proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and database programs. Strong clerical skills, including accurate record maintenance and application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset. Respect for confidential information and knowledge of privacy legislation. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and possess excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with individuals of diverse ethno‑racial and cultural backgrounds. Bilingualism (French/English) or ability to speak a second language is an asset. Employment Details Employment Type: Part‑time; Contract (until March 2026). Shift schedule: Primary evening and weekend shifts, with some day shifts. Location: 1051 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
