Join to apply for the Royal Canin Pet Ambassador – Event role at Premium Retail Services. This is a one‑off event on October 25, 2025, and the role lasts nine hours in total: three hours of training, one hour of a pre‑event team call, and five hours in store on the event day. There is potential for future Pet Ambassador opportunities through Royal Canin. We’re looking for a pet enthusiast who can represent a significant pet brand, engage with pet parents and their pets in store and at events, and promote product knowledge. Participants also have a chance to win a $200 prize in a photo contest, with 20 winners selected. What you’ll do Set up product displays and ensure authorized POS materials are present. Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents. Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to increase recommendations and sales. Engage with pet parents and pets in store and at events to build brand awareness. Delight customers with pet health and nutrition information and personalized product recommendations. Set up demos and displays as required. Maintain and leverage client materials such as equipment and handouts. Support recommendations driving special projects as needed. Qualifications Pet enthusiast who cares about pet health and nutrition. Reliable transportation to travel between multiple stores. Smart device for reporting. Experience working with pets (preferred). Degree in the pet field (preferred). Ability to lift up to 40 lb. Must be 18 years or older. What’s in it for you Represent a major pet brand.
