Enjoy our industry leading compensation package, exceptional mental health supports, 100% employer paid benefits, immediate RRSP matching programs, employee bonus programs, company paid development, and much more ELECTRONICS TEAM LEAD – GRANDE PRAIRIE (GPC) The Electronics Team Lead is responsible for the coordination of maintenance of instrumentation, electrical/electronic systems, and software/firmware utilized on equipment at the base and supported areas. Responsibilities: Schedule time, repairs as well as equipment and operations personnel Read diagrams and schematics for successful completion of work procedures Conduct safety inspections and complete all required forms Suggest improvements towards better utilization and operation of equipment, raise concerns about functionality, and encourage employees to make suggestions and give feedback Keep up to date on the latest developments as they relate to the oil and gas service industry Search, develop, and implement new technologies Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain equipment Maintain inventory and specialty components used in day-to-day operations Train operations personnel in the use and care of related equipment Assist in formal classroom seminars and training offered to Trican employees as required Collaborate with the Electronics Coordinatoron operational deficiencies and suggest positive changes to policy and procedures as required Assume Electronics Coordinator duties when absent or when designated Ensure job quality, safety requirements, and standard procedures coincide with Trican company standards, government legislation, and customer requirements Experience & Skills: Post-Secondary Education in Electronics, Instrumentation or Electrical Completion of Electronics Technician Certification Minimum six years of related industry experience Extensive technical and practical knowledge of operations, products, company policies, and government regulations Ability to prioritize multiple activities with tight deadlines Skilled in applying problem-solving techniques to complications that may arise Skilled in supervision while exhibiting motivation, coaching, delegation, and training Strong leadership and management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Understanding of Desktop Application Systems What Makes Us Attractive: Values-driven organization Employee’s choice for full coverage or flexible benefits plan RRSP Matching Program $2,000 annual mental health coverage Employee Referral Bonus Program Access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program UFA fuel discounts Petro Canada fuel discounts Community involvement through sponsorship of local events Inclusive Social Club offering a variety of activities Demonstrated commitment to an equitable and inclusive workforce driven by our Diversity & Inclusion Philosophy and our Indigenous Peoples Policy Focus on safety, training and development Career advancement opportunities Working Conditions: 8 days on/6 days off Site visits required Must live near base of employment Pre-employment medical testing required Working in all weather conditions How To Apply: Website:www.TricanWellService.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
