Should you require accommodation during the recruitment and selection process, please inform Human Resources.Required Skill SetsPerformance and Automation LeadDesign, develop, and implement automated testing solutions for PeopleSoft and Mainframe systems using tools like REXX, Robot Framework, Selenium, Load Runner, or other automation frameworks.Automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.Conduct performance testing for Mainframe systems and ensure optimal system performance under varying workloads.Drive performance testing for large and complex programs, including migration projects, to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance benchmarks and ensure compliance with project requirements.Write and execute SQL queries (e.g., SELECT, JOIN, aggregate functions) to validate data integrity and support testing efforts.Analyze and interpret test results to identify issues and recommend solutions.Leverage experience in the Banking/Finance domain and General Ledger (GL) systems to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.Provide insights and recommendations to improve system performance and functionality.Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring adherence to best practices in test automation and performance testing.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of testing strategies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and tools.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system functionality.Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements for large‑scale programs.Thank you for your interest in TCS.
