Clinical Expert - Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Engagement Terms Independent consultant | Remote (Canada) | Part-time / Call-up basis About the Role Support a pan-Canadian health evidence agency by providing expert clinical insight on NSCLC therapies, evidence interpretation, and real-world practices to inform drug reimbursement decision-making. Key Responsibilities Critically appraise clinical trial evidence, including endpoints and biomarker subgroups (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, KRAS, PD-L1). Draft concise assessments covering place-in-therapy, expected benefits / risks, sequencing, and patient monitoring. Provide expert insight on Canadian practice norms, feasibility, and system impacts (e.g., diagnostic access, infusion capacity). Participate in virtual deliberations and respond promptly to follow-up questions. Maintain strict confidentiality and manage any conflicts of interest. Qualifications Licensed Canadian clinician in good standing (e.g., Medical Oncologist, Thoracic Surgeon, Respirologist with oncology focus, or NP within scope). 5+ years direct NSCLC management experience, including immunotherapy and targeted agents. Strong writing and verbal communication skills. Preferred Assets Experience with HTA / formulary submissions or clinical committees. Familiarity with endpoints such as OS, PFS, ORR and real-world evidence. Awareness of health equity and access issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
