Why This Role Matters Clinical Product Managers don’t just build features — they improve health outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of patient safety, clinical quality, and product innovation. It’s less about optimizing for user clicks and more about designing systems that reduce readmissions, streamline clinical workflows, and enable better care at scale. You’ll own the full product lifecycle — from ideation to post-launch optimization — with a focus on improving patient, operational, and clinician outcomes: Patient outcomes: Drive improvements in health indicators and preventative care Operational outcomes: Improve access, reduce admin overhead, and cut system inefficiencies Clinician outcomes: Empower clinical decision-making, reduce burnout, and improve collaboration Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product development — from discovery and roadmap creation to launch and iteration Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and measurable goals aligned with clinical and business priorities Own product performance with P&L responsibility; balance growth with clinical safety and regulatory compliance Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market plans and increase patient adoption Work cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, and design teams to deliver scalable, safe, and valuable product experiences Analyze patient feedback, user behavior, and product metrics to inform priorities and improve outcomes Stay on top of healthcare trends, competitive landscape, and evolving clinical workflows Ensure all product decisions uphold compliance, including HIPAA and data privacy standards Maintain clear documentation including specifications, workflows, and post-release updates About You Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) – healthcare background is required 4+ years in product management, ideally in a digital healthcare, health tech, or clinical innovation setting Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle Experience with clinical workflows, healthcare compliance, or patient-facing platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset Collaborative communicator with experience aligning product, clinical, and marketing teams Comfortable in fast-paced environmentsPassionate about improving healthcare through technology Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital health SaaS, telehealth, or patient engagement platforms Digital health experience strongly preferred Familiarity with HIPAA, PHIPA, and healthcare data privacy regulations Exposure to startup or growth-stage companies in healthcare What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits The opportunity to shape the future of digital hormone health and wellness A collaborative, ambitious, and impact-driven team In-person work environment where clinical outcomes and innovation go hand-in-hand We thank all those who apply, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
