Job Description TD is customer-focused with personal and small business banking. Serving more than 11 million customers nationally, TD Canada Trust provides a full range of financial products and services through its branch banking network, telephone, internet banking, and ‘TD Green Machine’ automated banking machines. We are recruiting a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to join our Mobile Mortgage Sales Force, a proven sales professional with a strong track record. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence. You will receive targeted sales training, learning of credit knowledge and enterprise knowledge, supported by a sales manager with joint sales calls and monthly coaching. The position is fully remote, providing a laptop, phone allowance, and other tools necessary for a home office. Responsibilities Develop and grow a buyer base through targeted referrals and strategic marketing. Identify and qualify mortgage opportunities using our sales management system. Work closely with your Sales Manager to make joint sales calls and conduct monthly coaching sessions. Utilize training programs to grow your mortgage development skill set. Manage your pipeline and activity to meet or exceed sales goals. Qualifications High motivation and self‑starter with proven sales skills. Experience in retail banking and/or credit adjudication (ideal but not mandatory). Post‑secondary education preferred, but not required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship‑management skills.
