Business Line: BenefitsHours Per Week: 35 (Full‑Time)Location: RemoteJob Duration: Full‑Time, PermanentAbout The Role At Group Force Benefits Inc.As a Benefits Analyst at Group Force, you will liaise between advisors and insurance company representatives to ensure the timely and successful delivery of new business and renewal client presentations in your assigned group.What You’ll DoOperating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned client group and advisorFinancial data entry for renewals and marketing (i.e. Experience info, rate history, demographic data, etc.)Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client presentations (new business/ renewal) for potential clients as well as existing ones:Renewals – 30 days prior to the renewal dateNew Business – 10 business days / 15 business days (large group)Maintain full workload on our internal filing system (SharePoint)Analyzing proposals from carriers for new prospects (rates, plan design, TLR, etc.)What You BringTypically, 1+ years of experience within the Group Benefits industry, preferably in an MGA settingSome knowledge of group benefit plans, plan design, etc.Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including basic formulas, calculations, etc.Strong analytical, problem solving and decision‑making abilitiesHigh level of accuracy, organization and attention to detailExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with a variety of peopleAbility to effectively prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously with tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentProfessional benefits designation is an asset (such as GBA, CEBS, etc.)Who We AreWe’re Group Force Benefits Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NFP Canada – 7x Best Places to Work award winner and a recognized Elite Agency award winner.
