Overview Licensed Esthetician – Part-time (Day/Evening shifts) at Hand & Stone Stittsville. Join our Skin Therapy and Esthetics team and help clients achieve a new level of self-care. Job Position Job Position Title: Licensed Esthetician Location Hand & Stone, 5754 Hazeldean Road, Unit 12, Stittsville What You’ll Do As a Skin Therapist and Esthetician, you will work with skilled skin therapists to provide exceptional service and results. You will customize each facial to the client’s needs, prescribe professional skincare products, and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program. Responsibilities Greet all clients with warm, welcoming customer service. Explain treatment options prior to appointments and offer add-ons to enhance experience. Promote health and wellness benefits of facials. Make appropriate recommendations on products and facial frequency. Be willing to learn, understand, and promote all spa services and product lines. Maintain a professional work environment and appearance. Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep the database up to date. Qualifications Esthetic diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of skincare lines and products. Outstanding and discreet customer service skills. Schedule flexibility – available evenings and weekends. Strong team player. Dermalogica or Clarity Rx product line training is an asset. Effective sales techniques and retail experience are an asset.
