Spécialiste Improvest / Improvest Specialist – Zoetis The Improvest Specialist works with swine production farms and veterinary practices to ensure successful, sustained implementation of the Improvest technology. The role focuses on management of all aspects of the Improvest Process to ensure its full understanding, compliance, quality, and success with host farms. Location: Drummondville area, Quebec. Languages: Fluency in French and English is required. Spanish is an asset. Responsibilities Provide high quality Improvest injections, inspection, and documentation service to host farms Train and monitor customer injection staff on proper Improvest injection technique and maintenance of injection equipment to ensure full compliance, quality, and success of Improvest technology within host farms. Use the Endorsis software to manage Improvest injections, inspections and pig shipping schedules and documentation, as well as to generate reports. Maintain strong understanding of host farm systems, priorities, and culture to ensure Improvest Process success. Establish and maintain communication and collaboration with applicable veterinary practices, host farm management and staff, and other stakeholders to ensure sound working relationships and facilitate implementation of the Improvest Process. For each host farm, develop and manage an Improvest Process plan to ensure successful, sustained implementation of Improvest and achievement of Improvest goals in host farms. Work closely with the Zoetis Improvest Team to ensure strategic fit of work plans and optimize Improvest success. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Diploma in Agriculture or Agricultural Education, Agri‑business, Agricultural Economics, or equivalent is a strong asset. Minimum of 5 years in animal production and/or training or education. Excellent communication skills and strong ability to work with various personality types in a team environment. Familiarity with computer skills including Excel and Word. Ability to speak fluent, conversational French and English is required. Spanish is an asset. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as it is the primary language used for communication with our Canadian colleagues outside of Quebec. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of English to ensure clarity and efficiency in all interactions, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork.
