Maintenance Associate (Residential Property) Apply for the Maintenance Associate (Residential Property) role at Avenue Living Residential. Responsibilities Manage resident requests and follow up to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.Deliver excellent customer service to develop long‑term relationships with our valued residents.Perform routine and preventative maintenance for all building equipment, including boilers, HVAC, general plumbing systems, and minor electrical.Work independently to complete minor renovations, including painting, drywall, mudding, and taping.Perform routine repairs such as exterior door adjustments, hinges, and locks.Maintain a safety‑first attitude, complete all requested training by deadline, and keep job sites clean and safe.Maintain accurate details of work orders, boiler checks, snow logs, etc. using our various systems and applications.Deliver and remove materials and appliances, assisting with installation and disposal of any other unneeded materials as required.Be available for scheduled On Call and respond to emergencies as required. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in general maintenance and repairs in a residential or commercial environment.Technology‑savvy with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems via mobile phone.Strong communication skills, adapting style to meet resident needs.Passion for delivering excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.Supply your own tools and CSA steel‑toed boots.Clean shaven to wear a respirator as required.Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle.Ability to work outside normal business hours and be part of the On Call Rotation.Must complete and pass a criminal record check.
