Game to join us What you’ll do Join us as Senior Manager Program and Product Operations to lead end‑to‑end product and program planning across our wagering. This high‑impact role you’ll own the roadmap from discovery to launch, driving operational excellence across multiple digital product lines. With deep commercial acumen and strong cross‑functional leadership you’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey. You’ll oversee planning delivery and optimisation of high‑priority product initiatives. Acting as the connective tissue between strategy and execution you’ll manage product lifecycles, launch planning and team alignment across multiple business units. This role is perfect for a strategic operator with a digital background and a passion for driving impact at scale. What you’ll bring Strategic Program Leadership: Proven experience managing complex programs and product roadmaps with the ability to balance long‑term vision with tactical delivery. Digital & Product Lifecycle Expertise: Deep experience across B2C digital environments – ideally in financial services, wagering or related fields – covering discovery through to go‑to‑market execution. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, product principles, customer behaviour and industry risk plus the commercial savvy to turn insights into action. Process & Analytical Strength: Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma), KPI‑driven & data‑based decision‑making and identifying opportunities to streamline product operations. Influence & Change Leadership: A natural influencer with the ability to engage and align senior stakeholders, lead cross‑functional teams and drive organisational change with confidence.
