Cold Storage W&D Operator

Join to apply for the Cold Storage W&D Operator role at T & T Supermarket. Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Operation Supervisor, you will support inventory, daily operations, assembly or replenishment tasks and process related documents for the Warehouse and Distribution Department. Responsibilities Prepare receiving/shipping area and organize equipment. Verify inbound and outbound transportation. Load and unload goods using safe lifting techniques and pallet jacks. Check inbound product condition and quantities against bills of lading, reporting any temperature abuse, discrepancies, shortages or damages immediately. Match product description, pack‑size, quality and shelf life against the purchase order, then enter inventory into the WMS system. Put away received products into assigned storage locations using a power pallet jack. Assist with daily inventory checks, storage location consolidation, and intra‑building inventory transfers. Provide support to other departments on site as needed. Maintain the warehouse environment to meet sanitation and safety standards. Perform daily safety checks and battery maintenance on equipment. Work in walk‑in coolers/freezers as arranged. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with warehouse receiving. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and statutory holidays. Good understanding of tools & equipment relevant to the job and ability to interpret product labels. Ability to communicate in English; speaking Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset. Follow written and verbal instructions promptly and correctly. Prepare to stand for long periods and lift products up to 60 lbs regularly. Knowledge of workplace health & safety. Safety Statement Safety continues to be T&T Supermarket’s top priority.
