The Opportunity We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join one of our delivery teams supporting a large-scale CRM transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, and who can translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive functional design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce capabilities. What You’ll Do Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Configure Salesforce features including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.Support testing, training, and deployment activities.Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.Provide ongoing support and enhancements to Salesforce applications.Document processes, configurations, and user guides. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud complex integrations.Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Core Skills Required Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, validation rules)Requirements gathering and documentationFunctional testing and UAT supportData analysis and reporting (e.g., Salesforce Reports & Dashboards) Why Join Highspring?
