Shipping Coordinator

The Duties Coordinate logistics process including order dispatch, shipping, and delivery Arrange scheduling and activities with other work units or departments Monitor shipment status and resolve issues to ensure delivery on time Process and manage all customs documents including customs clearance and payment Communicate with customers and report on shipping status and potential service issues Establish and maintain strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders Maintain accurate shipping documents Prepare reports and elevate serious issues to management The Essentials 3+ years’ experience Completion of college in relevant program or equivalent experience Proven experience in domestic and international shipping and coordination Strong knowledge and understanding of customs regulations and procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong and proactive problem‑solving skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Language of Work English Job Address 1111 Flint Road, #25, North York, ON M3J 3C7 Position Type Permanent, Full‑Time – 40 hours/week Salary $36.00 hourly Benefits Group insurance (medical, dental) available Employee discount available on company products #J-18808-Ljbffr
