Job Description Key Accountabilities Customer Provide financial analysis and advanced general finance / accounting support as assigned. Understand business partner objectives and recommend actions based on analysis. Analyze financial performance against benchmarks and reconcile variances. Coordinate internal and external finance projects, audits and reporting processes. Support data collection and research efforts across finance areas. Provide accurate data analysis, interpret findings and make recommendations. Act as key Finance Support resource or specialist for own functional unit. Act as conduit, coordinator and facilitator for operational issues. Provide analysis of process drivers and root causes of cross‑functional issues. Investigate resolve escalated matters beyond 1st level operations. Develop and execute reporting functions and produce consolidated reporting. Manage relationships with customers and other areas of TD Finance. Shareholder Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLA requirements. Exercise discretion in managing confidential matters; elevate issues. Know practices and procedures and keep up with emerging trends. Protect organization interests and manage risks; elevate high‑risk transactions. Conduct reporting and meaningful analysis at functional or enterprise level. Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency; implement continuous improvements. Acquire and apply expertise; provide guidance to others. Identify, recommend and execute standard practices applicable to the discipline. Adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Keep up with emerging issues, trends and regulatory requirements. Maintain a culture of risk management and control. May lead work streams as project lead for small‑scale initiatives. Employee / Team Participate as a team member, support positive work environment and timely communication. Support team by enhancing knowledge and participating in knowledge transfer. Keep current on emerging trends, grow knowledge of business and tools. Participate in personal performance management and development activities. Breadth & Depth Sound knowledge of operating environment, business processes and transaction lifecycle. Some related training or experience or skills. Execute routine requests. Identify key operational, reporting, process issues. Provide thorough analysis or specialized reporting or operational support. General understanding of overall function and businesses supported. Some complexity in operational, reporting or analysis generally requiring short‑term focus. May lead small‑scale initiatives or work stream packages. Complete work within defined parameters with guidance from management. Generally reports to Team Leader or Manager. Experience & Education High School diploma. Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred. 3+ years relevant experience. Work Activities Blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Expected to be onsite 4 days a week effective 3 Nov 2025.
