Responsibilities Lead role within the Corporate Intranet Modernization Project team. Define and implement intranet governance frameworks and content lifecycle policies. Design the overall intranet structure including site architecture, navigation, and metadata strategy. Develop reusable templates and components to support consistent content creation. Guide SharePoint Online developers in implementing the technical design. Collaborate with business analysts, content owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and accessibility standards. Document IA, technical, and design decisions. Design and deliver training materials and sessions to support intranet adoption. Provide technical leadership throughout migration and post-deployment phases. Qualifications Proven experience implementing corporate intranets using SharePoint Online. Strong understanding of integration capabilities with Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and Viva Connections. Minimum 5 years of experience in information architecture and technical design for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. Expertise in intranet governance, metadata design, navigation planning, and template development. Experience implementing custom solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate. Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, permissions, and content types. Proficiency in SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API. Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and integration with SharePoint. Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Graph API. Knowledge of corporate intranet design principles and user experience best practices. Experience working in hybrid environments and with Agile project teams. Experience designing and delivering training programs for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience leading technical teams and managing complex migration projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
