Job Description In this full-stack developer analyst role, under the supervision of the development department, you will be responsible for: Develop, modify, and update custom software programs according to specifications, using the appropriate programming languages. Work on both front-end and back-end components as part of various projects. Configure and deploy development infrastructures. Ensure project compliance with technical specifications. Design and manage databases. Contribute to the performance of web applications. Validate code quality and perform unit tests to ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements. Regularly estimate tasks and ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets. Maintain and optimize existing programs and software for our clients. Participate in the evolution of practices and tools within the development department. Stay informed about the latest industry news and trends. Desired Profile We are looking for a candidate with the following skills: Technical Skills Proficiency in JavaScript, C# (.NET Core), and JS frameworks: Vue, jQuery, Bootstrap, React, Angular. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools (an asset). Familiarity with web browsers, APIs, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and W3C standards. Experience with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server. Strong interest in AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.). Personal Skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Curiosity and ability to adapt to diverse development contexts. Autonomy and effective priority management skills. Creativity and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Team spirit, attention to detail, and rigor in task execution. Recognized leadership in a constantly evolving environment. Experience and Qualifications College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full-stack programmer analyst. Fluency in French (written, spoken, comprehension) is essential. English is an asset, as some clients are English-speaking only.
