As a Senior Medical Writer you will develop and deliver innovative scientific content for a range of printed and digital materials, including technical manuscripts, congress presentations, interactive web projects and sales aids. Your work will support clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors and will involve reviewing and interpreting preclinical and clinical research data to produce clear, accurate and engaging documents.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of scientific and editorial aspects of projects, ensuring high quality and consistency across all deliverables.Translate complex data from preclinical studies, clinical trials and regulatory documents into accessible written content that meets client briefs.Edit and proofread content produced by team members, providing constructive feedback to promote learning and development.Interact directly with client scientists and physicians; attend client meetings, teleconferences, congresses, symposia and advisory boards as required.Participate in client pre‑meetings, onsite activities and post‑meeting work, working autonomously and autonomously as appropriate.QualificationsAdvanced degree in a life science discipline (PhD, MD or PharmD is mandatory) and a minimum of two years of specific experience in medical communications. A passion for communicating science and a proven ability to produce high‑quality scientific content are essential.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary range (low and high end vary by experience, geographic location and cost of living).
