Demonstrated ability to influence and build partnerships across functions in fast-paced, high-growth, or global environments. Self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a track record of driving ambitious goals independently and with rigor. Entrepreneurial, curious, and user-first mindset, with a strong desire to innovate and reduce friction. Preferred qualifications Experience in financial services, payments or fintech industries or a related role (risk, compliance, legal, consulting) with proven success in translating complex regulatory or technical concepts into practical action plans and user guidance Background in platforms, marketplaces, SaaS infrastructure, or global onboarding/risk requirements Strong understanding of our business and products #J-18808-Ljbffr
