The Role Reporting to the Head of Sales Systems you will lead ongoing configuration and maintenance of our Salesforce CRM and the various applications within the Sales Systems Ecosphere. Your job is to make sure everything runs smoothly : quality reliability efficiency security and performance. Youll be a champion for making our engineering processes faster and more effective. Youll even create ways to measure our progress and inspire others to get on board with improvements. Remote Canada-based We are only considering candidates based in Canada for this position with a preference for those located in Vancouver BC or Toronto ON What You Need to Succeed : Helping design awesome tech solutions that meet our business needs. Recommending the best practices in the industry; staying current with industry trends and the competitive landscape. Setting up and supporting Salesforce handling all the declarative development and managing deployments with DevOps tools. Tackling tough challenges like system errors automation performance limits data security and new projects. Keeping the system healthy with regular security reviews release updates system limits health checks and optimizers. Guiding cross-functional teams and working with a good amount of autonomy. Contributing to the creation and upkeep of documentation for all our systems. Participating in hiring and recruitment efforts; mentoring other systems team members. Onboarding new Salesforce application developers to our systems and DevOps processes. What You Bring to the Table 8 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce or other CRM administration or tools requiring declarative development. Advanced Administrator Certification Experience connecting third‑party applications with Salesforce including custom integrations. Solid skills with Flow Validation Rules LEX UI and understanding the Salesforce data model these are a must‑have A self‑starter attitude with a natural curiosity to always improve things. Comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the company and able to influence cross‑functional teams. Super attentive to detail analytical and driven to achieve goals. Capable of working independently or as part of a team. Experienced with owning the DevOps process; Gearset & GitHub experience is a big plus Nice to Haves Certifications within the SFDC Architect pyramid (like Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect Identity and Access Management Architect Integration Architect Sharing & Visibility Architect) are highly desirable. Experience with APEX or LWC would be fantastic. If youve worked with Zendesk ZoomInfo LeanData or Gong thats a bonus. Knowing data querying languages like SOQL or SQL is a plus. Prior experience in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban) is great. Experience in a high‑growth SaaS company would be a definite advantage. This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location.
