Obstetrics/Gynecologist - Ridge Meadows Hospital Position at Fraser Health Authority. Job Summary We are looking for a generalist OBGYN interested in working in a community hospital with 6‑7 home‑call 24‑hour shifts per month. The group of three obstetricians‑gynecologists provides primary and consultative maternity care, collaborates with family practice and midwifery colleagues, and offers supervision of medical students. The role supports independent practice and quality improvement, and requires a dynamic, collegial physician. Provisional license acceptable; supervision available for US board‑certified physicians. Responsibilities Provide primary and consultative maternity care. Manage home‑call 24‑hour shifts 6–7 times per month. Collaborate with family physicians and midwifery teams. Supervise elective medical students (optional). Participate in the UBC medical education program and pursue a clinical faculty appointment in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Qualifications CMPA, CPSBC Eligible, FRCSC Eligible. Compensation Fee for Service, MOCAP – On Call Payments.
