We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team in Manila. Lightspeed is seeking a full‑time Revenue Operations Analyst to join our global RevOps team. This role plays a key part in our go‑to‑market engine — connecting data, systems, and execution across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Product, and Finance. You’ll support regional and global leaders by uncovering opportunities, improving operational performance, and turning insights into practical action. If you’re driven by clarity, efficiency, and using data to accelerate commercial impact, this role is for you. What you’ll be doing: Identify performance opportunities by analyzing trends across revenue, churn, and cost, and translate them into actionable strategies for growth and efficiency. Partner closely with Sales leaders and regional stakeholders to streamline processes, optimize tooling, and enhance workflows across go‑to‑market teams. Work collaboratively within the RevOps Analyst team, sharing knowledge of core processes and best practices, supporting coordinators as they grow, and contributing to a positive, high‑performing team culture. Build and present business models that evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives, forecast outcomes, and inform leadership decisions. Own regional reporting cadences by creating dashboards, surfacing insights, and driving senior‑level discussions and accountability. Partner with Finance and senior stakeholders on forecasting, capacity planning, and budget alignment for your region. Support the regional intake and execution of RevOps initiatives, including tooling enhancements, campaign feedback loops, and process improvements. Assist in change management by operationalizing new GTM functions, integrating them into existing processes, and enabling seamless execution across teams. Represent Revenue Operations in cross‑functional projects and contribute to global programs with a regional perspective. Promote a strong data culture by helping GTM teams and regional leaders interpret KPIs, pipeline trends, and attainment metrics to drive informed decision‑making. Communicate complex data and insights clearly, concisely, and effectively to diverse business partners. What you need to bring: 3–4 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations roles, ideally within SaaS or other recurring revenue businesses. Experience working in a go‑to‑market (GTM) environment with a proven ability to support initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and automation techniques. Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI), with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable reporting and data infrastructure. Solid understanding of core GTM metrics and business drivers, including MRR/ARR, CAC, CLV, churn, and sales funnel performance. Demonstrated experience supporting forecasting, planning, and budgeting to enable data‑driven resource allocation and strategic alignment. Proven ability to streamline complex processes, improve data hygiene, and support the implementation of systems and tools that scale Sales, Marketing, and CS operations. Experience working on cross‑functional initiatives, managing competing priorities, and aligning stakeholders across departments. Strong project management skills with the ability to scope, track, and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — clear, concise, and effective with both technical and non‑technical audiences. A collaborative mindset with a commitment to team support and shared success. High adaptability and a solutions‑oriented approach — able to bring structure, clarity, and momentum in fast‑moving environments.
