Resource Credential – Education & Experience Demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in conducting workplace assessments, as demonstrated in at least one (1) project, similar to the work described in the Statement of Work. M2. Expertise in Workplace Assessments: Demonstrate that the proposed resource has expertise in conducting workplace assessments and policy reviews, specifically in the area of harassment and violence prevention, in alignment with Bill C-65. Rated Criteria The proposal should outline a plan to complete the work described in this RFP. The plan must demonstrate the resources understanding of the requirements/objectives and scope of work/tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work. R2. Workplace Assessment The projects included as part of M.T2 (a and b) must demonstrate a comprehensive approach to Workplace Safety Evaluation and Enhancement Framework that address the following 5 categories: Departmental Workplace Assessment, wherein a comprehensive assessment of the workplace environment, policies and procedures related to harassment and violence prevention was provided, Focused Workplace Assessments where a targeted assessments in specific areas or divisions identified were performed resulting in a deeper delve into workplace dynamics and potential risks. Policy reviews that address existing harassment and violence prevention programs and policies. Development of policies and procedures based on best practices and legislative requirements. Support for the implementation of revised policies and programs, including training and awareness initiatives R3. Experience with Government Entities The Bidder’s resource must clearly outline experience conducting workplace assessments within a government context, as demonstrated in up to one (1) project similar to the work outlined in the Statement of Work.
